Terms of service

These terms cover your use of caterfind.com, operated by Kraven App LLC ("CaterFind", "we").

What CaterFind does

CaterFind connects people planning events with independent restaurants and food trucks. Caterers set their own menus and prices and are responsible for the food and service they provide.

Quotes, fees and payment

Quotes are not final until you confirm a booking. CaterFind adds a 10% booking fee to the caterer's price, shown before you book. Card payments include a processing fee. We hold payment and release it to the caterer after your event.

Cancellations

If a caterer cancels, we will try to find a replacement; if we cannot, we will refund what you paid us. Your own cancellation terms are shown on your booking.

Listings

Restaurant and food truck pages are built from public information and information caterers give us. Owners can claim, update or remove their page by emailing braden@kravenapp.com.

Limits

CaterFind is not responsible for the acts of independent caterers beyond the guarantees stated here. These terms are governed by Alabama law.
