How does pricing work?
Each caterer quotes their own price. CaterFind adds a 10% booking fee, shown on your quote before you book. Card payments include a processing fee; business accounts can pay by bank transfer to avoid it.
Do you book restaurants or food trucks?
Both. Local restaurants handle drop-off trays, boxed lunches and buffets. Food trucks serve on site or drop off. Tell us what you want, or choose either, and we will bring back options.
Do restaurants or trucks pay to be listed?
No. Listing is free for restaurants and food trucks, and they pay nothing to receive requests.
What if a caterer cancels?
Caterers are paid after your event, and we keep backup caterers ready. If yours cancels, we find a replacement or refund you in full.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal. We can often fill requests inside a week, and December holiday parties fill fastest.
